Oddly enough I happen to recall that; you are right, he did.  But did he have a shelf?  And whatever happened to him?  Still training?  What does he look like now?  He must be an old dude now.  :D

heres a funny story, i was benching the other day with medium weight,225 and was struggling to get sets of 10,i was working out with 2 other dudes, they where doing sets of 12 and seem to be pretty strong still. weird thing was when we went to dumbell presses on bench they where struggling with the 100,s for 10 and i was using the 140,s for 10,then went 130 for 10,then 120 for 10 and finally 110 for 10. they where puzzled and to be honest i just figured its because i dont bench no more thats why im weak on it.i had the dude record it on my cell phone camera so i could show my son

6ft about 230 right now, still got alittle bit of stomach but nothing u can see when i got t shirt on,only when i take it off so im holding some fat. im trying to get down to 190 like i used to be,when i was 190 i couldnt even dumbell press the 70,s cause i was so weak from zero carbs,im trying my best to drop the fat while holding onto what ever muscle i got left

A man should not be 190lbs unless he is 5'6".  Just saying.  :)
You can't have a pec shelf at 190#.

i disagree,we all know bodybuilding is mostly illusion and some dudes look like they weigh 250 but in reality only weigh 205. u dont have to weigh 250 to have a great shelf chest imo
