prohormones aside is there any legal supplement that actually makes a difference in one's physique? Everyone always talks how great BCAA's are I personally never noticed shit.

It's all snake oil and a tremendous waste of money. When someone realizes they have been duped through years of buying crap a new group of lifters are coming of age buying the junk.
I can't believe all the supplement ads in magazines when we all realize the real supplements are drugs.
The only thing that ever helped me was creatine. Then I hear from many that it doesn't work for them. When I first used it I made gains in strength and size. No, not steroid like but for a natural it was the only thing that I really saw a difference. I had to give it up because my kidney tests kept coming back bad. My doctor was blaming creatine but I understand it converts to creatinine and that's one of the things measured in kidney function. I hear guys that train a lot also have high creatinine too. I just didn't want to take the chance that my kidneys were having problems so I stopped using it. There is no regulation of supplements and who knows how pure or if the creatine is contaminated.

Creatine is the only thing that worked for me too. Creatine is the only supplement that has undergone randomized clinical trial in major universities. Creatine may not work for everyone, but it definitely has a lot of evidence of its effectiveness.

i agree 100% and u will save tons of money on that crap supplements,if u r eating properly u should be ok. i do believe tho some extra pottasium glycinate and magnesium glycinate as well as the other minerals can help a person who might be alittle low on them especially in the dieting down phase,minerals r about the only things i will buy,i try to eat alot of greens to get my minerals tho

Joint stuff like cod liveroil and glucosamine, all the other arginines, carnitines and shit is shit.

Creatine works and is probably the only legal supplement worth taking.
Protein shakes are useful too purely as a convenient (and sometimes tasty) form of protein.

It's a prohormone I believe so doesn't really count as a supplement.

If you workout in the morning on a empty stomach then bcaas is a great addition to your diet.
