I don't care if brown is allegedly better for you, it tastes like crap and if you look at the nutritional info the difference isn't that extreme.

2) No personal information of people families - or pics, etc. It just isn't cool.
3) No malicious personal bashing and others who can’t defend themselves.
4) No pornographic pictures on main boards. The Relationship and Sex Boards are for that.
