Why does your body need 1.5 lbs of protein to get Muscles. Every time I decrease my dosage I get smaller , however. when I amp up my protein/aminos I swell. I mean if I miss one day of protein requirments I decrease. Are there any alternatives to staying pumped. Help to maintain MUSCLE MASS.
