Its not only about the arms guys, women love a massive beefy chest in a v neck shirt, it turns them on and it will help you score so here is the secret routine.
5 sets of incline barbell press
5 sets of low incline dumbbell press
5 sets of incline flyes
If you do this routine at night eat your post workout meal then hit da club and sip on some red wine you will hook up the trainer guarantees it.

I can pack meat on my chest easy. First thing that grows always. Training wise, I just followed typical old Flex mag routines starting out, flats, incline, decline...etc. when I was at uni and we took bb serious we always started with incline as I later realised I'm ptrdsiposed to having an over powering lower pecs so I always do inclines and cross over I feel it helps keep things together.

I don't know where you live, but around here the Gay's are the one's wearing the Calvin Klein V-neck T-shirts the most. Most straight dudes avoid the V-neck as a result.
