outside of the abs he doesn't look any different than any black kid his age and size playing JV or Varsity. What's the point of this thread? His genetics are nothing special.

The point is a lot of getbiggers like to claim that any bodybuilder who looks better than they do must be on steroids, and sure these genetics are nothing special you and every other average joe has much better genes. ::)

There is no point. Anyone with abs and little chest development is perceived to be on gear.

No the point is.... genetics as it pertains to muscle size means that your body will not allow your muscles to grow outside the natural limit of your it's own hormonal parameters. It's slightly different for everyone but still falls within a range. Just because someone is lean and has good muscle shape and a nice line of demarcation between the muscle groups doesn't mean that if they start lifting as an adult or if they start lifting at a young age and when they are older will be able to grow much larger than any other man who is also truly natural but lacks the shape or muscle density of a person who happens to genetically have a certain "build" that may allow him to look more like a bodybuilder while posing in a thong.

Thirty minutes of resistance exercise every other day will get you this with no endocrine manipulation.

I've met him in person. He's a clever dude. Has endless qualifications in nutritional and exercise science. BIG dude, and very good shape, well spoken. But, he's around 5'9 in truth, so not the tallest dude. And he's black if you can call that a short coming, which it is to be honest in today's society. Also not "good looking" to some, but in reality his face is just that of a normal black dude.
But, he runs the highest class Gym/ Health Club in London (Reebok Sports Club) and makes inordinate amounts of money from personal training, sponsorships, and running Muscle Mania. So, he has it made in far too many ways to actually look at him as anything other than an extreme success in the Fitness Industry and in life in general. He's pushing 40 and still going VERY strong, in the best shape of his life. Also has one of the best physiques in the world. Certainly top 10.
Also for whatever it's worth, he did not look like he was taking a damn thing when I met him. Looked as natty as anything. I've met a lot of guys on juice from 130lbs to 260lbs. I know when someone is on or has used in the past.

This is sadly true.
