Title: what to do when leaning too fast..
Post by: mohannad on October 24, 2014, 11:52:00 AM
hey guys,

If you are leaning too fast and contest is in 16 days, what would be the better approach to stay as close as possible to the top cut off of your weight class;

1. cut cardio
2. add more calories
3. cut/reduce clen+fat burners
4. any other thing you would suggest

I didn't take gear (Tren A and Test) into account, I'm keeping it the same.

Leaning too fast?
Do you want to keep some bodyfat on you on show day?

Carry on, get the fat off and hold condition, its only water manipulation the last couple of days anyway.

Yep simon has it right, no such thing as leaning too fast, youl be glad your totaly peeled come show day,, you cant possibly be loosing muscle on gear with high protein diet

Its hard mentaly to except your true muscular size tho, dont fall into the trap of over thinking thi gs and deciding to try and look fuller, if your flat come 3 days out, carb up... if you look shredded and good 3 days out, dont change a thing and cruise in, barring the obvious water manipulation

I've always   wondered how to incorporate insulin into a carb up without making a mess of it and blowing your hard earned condition?
