Barring great genetics what's the average amount of muscle one can maintain on 250mgs of test e a week at 6' . Experienced gym rat with good nutrition and training. And staying around 7-8% bf. Follow the No one/gal type nutrition approach

A lot of variables here. How long has the person trained without drugs, how big did he get from taking drugs, how much drugs did he use, this list can go on and on.

Difficult question to answer, but probably more than you think. Much of "the look" is lost.... tight skin, vascularity, pumped muscles 24/7, etc. But thats quickly re-gained.
Keep training hard and eating right and I think you'll be surprised

You will find most cruises have a unlimited buffet for guests and also a gym on-board, so no problem at all.

Far too many variables. That's why the drugs are there at your disposal to experiment with the doses. Knock yourself out.

If you're training heavy you can take a week off lifting to go on a cruise. Especially if you're hitting the hot chicks on board to keep up test.

Thanks for the replies. Been training for 10 +years but feel like I've only really got the mind muscle connection down these past 2 and still working on it. Feel way better on this cruise dose so far. Not as round and tight but less water with No AIs and decent diet. Still can't wait to feel super human again on my next "blast". Maybe finally touch a gram total ;)

great shoulders dude.
you'll hold a great deal of that tissue. thats not bloat its quality fiber. all you'll lose is the fullness or whatever look the compounds you took manifested. cyp/ enan is a great choice to bridge with.

Can you give a run down of what your cycle looks like and diet/with kcals?

Diet is whatever lol. I just make sure to get 150-200 grams a protein with the rest of the Cals coming from fat and carbs. Prefer lower carbs. I go day to day. If I'm getting fat I just cut for a bit on 1200-1800 Cals. I honesty believe training fasted and eating one to two meals a day has made the biggest difference. Cycle wise been on 250mgs of test e just once a week for 3 weeks. Gone as high as 400 mgs of test e and 400 deca with 20 mgs methyl tren pre workout. I'm not a big guy. 205 lb in that pic. I go between 190ish to 215. Pretty much same weight plus or minus some poof and roundness the give. Low doses for me.
