I woke up in the morn drank my pre workout put my intra workout in a jug and carried it to the gym, after lifting for a bit I look at the clock and saw that I have been lifting for more than 45 min I started to freak out cause that means my test levels are dropping and cortisol is setting in so I dropped the weights and ran out of the gym.
My intra workout drink is finished but I forgot my postwork drink to take advantage of the anabolic window so I sped thru traffic got a ticket from a cop and got home just in time to have my postworkout drink so I dont lose my gains.
I arrived at work late and was sitting in a meeting when I look at my watch and saw that I have not eaten in 3 hours, I could feel my muscles shrinking and I started to panic so I told my boss that my stomach is not feeling well and I went to the kitchen grab my meal took it to the bathroom and sat on the toilet eating it so my boss would not see me, the life of a bodybuilder is so hard but when you look in the mirror and see some gains its worth it.

Normally, I would attack the trainer, but this is a quality post.
And not too different from how my reptile-lifting-brain works...

5 am cardio then drive early to work sleep in car then after work hit the gym for 40-50 sets of arms
