How to do you guys deal with a bench covered in sweat in the gym, do you try to find the guy who was using it and have him clean it, do you clean it yourself or do you just lay down in the sweat while getting aroused.

The truth is people in the gym tend to be scared of hardcore intense gymrats, I lift heavy weights and scream fuck, shit while doing it slam the weight down and walk around looking pissed off, I have gone to machines and say in a deep voice dude are you done with that and they just give me the machine without finishing their sets.

If you can scream and shout when you are training then you aint working the muscle hard enough, screaming and shouting takes energy, you could channel that energy into your workout, so shut the fuck up and you may get some gains.

If you can scream and shout when you are training then you aint working the muscle hard enough, screaming and shouting takes energy, you could channel that energy into your workout, so shut the fuck up and you may get some gains.
If ronnie can scream under 800 pounds then I think I can scream also.
