I feel sorry for Radu's wife in this picture. They had a 1981 Skoda, but he sold it to buy Tren  :'(

Those folks are ethnic European?

Roma Gypsies are descendents of Indians who travelled around, and have been around Europe for over 1000 years. As they are segregated and  mostly breed almost exclusively within (partly as no one wants to mix with them) they have retained their Indian like features and colouring.
