Melvin to me looks more impressive in that pic because of his stucture. If Shawn had that stucture and the same muscle shape than he would have won the olympia all those years. Too bad shawn didn't stick around long enough for doggcrapp's structure manipulation articles... come to think about it I don't think any of us will. ;D Besides I am IP banned because of my big mouth and that SWEATYmachine jerk HOMO SUX DICK ALL DAY!

I fail to see how shawn is getting smoked in that pose. He has better chest,
a nicer ass and much better abs and serratus etc.
Arms and calves are even. Shawns quads have better shape.

Not a put down, but Melvin has seems to gone backwards as far as how he used to look. Just an observation.

yeah I think that too. dont no why but everytime I see a pic of him from the years 2000-2001-2002, I think he look great. But when I see him competing I don't think he looks as great as in those years

Melvin might be a little bigger, but Shawn lokks way better. his waist is 2 sizes smaller and he just has a better look.

Maby, I doubt it though, but Shawn knows how to give the illusion of having a smaller or bigger bodypart due to all his stage experince with angles, the right place to stand in the lighting, just his stage presence gives him an advantage over most.

I remember watching Flex's video and while doing incline dumbells he mentions having a 28" waist. When he breathed and the GH gut poked out it looked like about a 36 or so!!! :o
