I used to see him at the library at FSU before he got into powerlifting. I believe he even did a bodybuilding show. Pretty short in person, but he was also a bouncer at the local sports bar. Strong as an ox.

Yep, because being strong matters.
We have wheel barrows and hoists for heavy things these days.

Kai can train with the bar alone and is right up there in regards to physical development. It's all about the mind muscle connection.

Most of those plates were bumper plates. Who knows what the weight was? Two of those bumpers look like 35lbs. None of them look like 55lbs bumpers.

Very short and squat forearms, just the thing that enables him to do this lift.

Not only are you weak but your core muscles are weak also since you only use machines if you tried to lift up a heavy box you would fuck yourself up, you are pretty much useless.

Why would I want to lift up a heavy box, only idiots lift heavy things.
Couldn't I empty the box of some items and lift it when its lighter?

Not if the object in the box is solid. For instance, if you were trying to lift a 6 ft marble statue in a box, taking it out of the box would still leave you with a heavy statue and a box.  I suppose you could lift the empty box, but that would not get your statue to the desired destination.  You oughta think these things out first before you jump to conclusions.

I wouldn't be trying to lift a 6ft marble statute, only an idiot would try to do that alone.
We have delivery men to do that sort of shit in the UK.

I understand you aren`t strong enough to do something like that and need to hire people to do it for you.  However, you may need to move the statue during Thanksgiving and therefore are unable to get anyone to come move the statue for you.

I suppose you could wait until someone is available, but then the special delivery you were expecting that day would also pose a problem because you were going to put the book case that just came in where the statue was so now you have two things you are unable to lift and your Thanksgiving is ruined.

Im pretty sure my happiness during the holidays doesn't hinge on my ability to have an object in a desired location.

You need to get out more.

Thats not the point.  The point is you are too weak to lift boxes despite using drugs.  If I was on them, I would be lifting everything up and down just to see if I could do it.  Seems like you are just wasting the drugs at this point.  Might as well use synthol instead.

Thats exactly the point, I use weights to sculpt my physique, I dont "lift weights", if I can get results with a lower poundage I will use that, its easier on my joints and tendons.
I have two damaged discs in my low back and am not about to spend a month in pain because I want to impress 'nobody ' by lifting heavy things when I don't need to.

Im pretty sure I could lift a car off someone if I had to, Im just not doing it for fun.

Jeremy is a cool guy. Did a bench competitionand had him spot me. I felt weak next to him since he was benching over 600 at the same meet lol.  Maybe he started out as a bouncer, but to my understanding he was a bar owner.

Uh, where is the part where she lifts it.

God, you are so dumb.

It would be a lot easier to believe that Doug Miller is natural than she lifted a car.  You are being awfully stupid today.

You are really doubting this happened?
This isnt the only instance of people having super human strength in a crisis.

It has happened many times and its well recorded.

He can "lift heavy things" better than 99.9999% of the population, insecure bodybuilding elitist types having to try and discredit guys who are stronger than they are and more successful in their given endeavor can be quite comical to watch.

Him looking like "shit" is your opinion man, honestly I would question the mental health and maybe even the sexual preference of a man who after coming across a video displaying a lifting feat such as this would before all else mention his appearance.

There's plenty of women who are impressed by strength. And by the way, he is not doing that to impress you or anyone else. He is doing that to be better than the rest of the world in something he loves. Now, is there ANYTHING you are good at nowadays? Or at least, above average?

Oh and by the way no one gives a fuck about physique anyway, as long as you have abs it's all the same to women.

Put the box on top of the 6 ft marble statue. And a dolley underneath the statue.
