i bought some vegetables put it on my food for tomorrow
but looking at them
i just cant believe these pathetic things called vegetables are as magical as people claim they are

The higher the average daily intake of fruits and vegetables, the lower the chances of developing cardiovascular disease. spinach is the only useful 'vegetable', and only because it has 14x the alkalinity of any other vegetable, which balances out all the acids from meat/grains/dairy in the rest of your diet.
re: vitamins/nutrients? you're WAY better off drinking well-steeped green tea.
Umm what? Brewed green tea doesn't have significant amounts of any vitamins. Not even matcha would have enough of any vitamins to completely replace fruits and vegetables in the diet.

*I do supplement extra complex carbs around my workouts, such as rice, potatoes, whore pussy, etc.

Not sure if vegetables will build muscle but they are good for you health wise and filler when dieting. If you are smart you can make them taste good. Get rid of the lettuce IMO. I like peppers, cabbage, brokkoli, jalapeño, onions. Some vegetable like broccoli and cabbage have indo 3 carbinol which is an estrogen blocker. Good luck. Also with veggies your skin might look better and you will pull more chicks.
