That's what I'd really love!
But then again my habits in the gym are kinda funny... Don't get me wrong I still go as heavy as I can everyday but...
*I've sworn off squats entirely, replaced by leg presses! Deadlights too... Replaced by nothing!
*I hardly do free weights, do a lot more machines and a lot of hammer strength though.
*My diet is better than the average american but still far from what a disciplined bodybuilder should be doing! Believe it or not my main problem now is actually skipping meals... Never been an issue for me in the past!
*When I travel for business or for fun I pretty much go cold turkey on all bodybuilding things, working out and diet

I do miss donning a thong... Maybe one day I'll be back on stage... Just not gonna be anytime soon... Partly because I'm just too damn busy now, and partly because I just really don't feel like going through a precontest diet lol.

I think the competition has changed dramatically and gotten a lot tougher from what I can tell. Back in like 2004-2006 there were very few like Whitacre and company and now everyone shows up razored and full of striations. Its tougher I bet.

You remind of a fat woman, I would like to lose some weight but I dont workout much I do a little bit of walking every now and then, I dont eat the foods that fat people eat just some candy and ice cream.
