Title: I cant take it anymore back to the gym tomorrow
Post by: the trainer on November 06, 2014, 11:00:11 AM: I dont know how you guys take breaks from the gym since my back froze up on monday during my leg workout I really wanted to take the week off and train next week but I am going crazy my back feels better so I think I am going back to the gym tomorrow and do over my leg workout and spend all weekend in the gym going hardcore,
No women or clubbing this weekend just weights and food I think I might just jerk off like halo.

I cannot wear that my neck is too big there are no shirts available to fit around my neck.
