Doesnt sound too crazy compared to what we hear now.
The tesr/tren/EQ/adrol cycle is pretty consistent with some serious guys ive talked too.

makes sense. I firmly believe you get 1 of 2 BS stories from BBs... either they tell you 1/2 of what they use (Piana in this vid), or they tell you 2x what they use (think Bostin whatever the fuck, ariellas ex).
Either way they make themselves out to be somethung they arent... either the play the small dose genetic elite card, or they play the "im so hardcore i take so much more than you" card.

Props for him being honest. Not saying it is ever worth it but the main problem with doing something like this is you have to be shredded on stage to make it all worth it and then you might not do to well if you don't have the genetics. Can anyone show me a pic of Rich when he was ripped to the bone?

The sacrifices you have to make at that level for essentially nothing is very depressing.
Can't believe he spent 15 grand all for nothing. The time in the gym, and the consistency with meals... for nothing.. So why do it? I mean, yeah for the love of the sport, but that's a lot of fucking money and effort.

this pre tattoos and pmma/pmaa whatever,,he's off here in terms condition,,but his arms today are fuller ,can't see chest with all tatt's and all,but he dosing for yrs and yrs ,competing ,in the end law of diminishing returns on that level..

I think Rich realized that as a competitor he wasn't going to make it far and there is nothing wrong with that. Making it to national-level competition is impressive in itself, as it shows that the guy put a lot of work into his final showings.
What he has decided to do now makes a lot more sense. Supplements in this industry can make a person relatively "rich" by bodybuilding industry standards. Label a product the right way, market it in such a way that gets kids really interested and before you know it, you get a following and a steady flow of income.
Learning to make a living off this industry can be difficult. Bob Chick is a good example of someone that has figured out how to properly make a living well after his competition days are in the past.
There's life after competitive bodybuilding..

funny how bbers suffer from differing mental illnesses- they just dont see how good they look. im guilty of this. i was looking at vacation pics from a couple years ago in LV and i thought shit i looked good there, id be happy if i looked like that now, whereas at the time i didnt think it was 'good enough' at all.
