Title: Time to get serious, im adding 1-2 proteinshakes daily!

not only am i eating breakfast lunch and dinner, im now adding 1-2 proteinshakes to my daily foodintake!! hardcore is the only way to go and bodybuilding is a lifestyle!! its a pain in the ass to drink those shakes but you will have to PAY THE COST, TO BE THE BOSS

add in three brazil nuts before bed washed down with cottage cheese for some real HUGE MUSCLE GAINZZZ!!!
