Was glad someone else counted five plates. Not real. If I saw knee wraps and some struggle on sixth and seventh rep I'd think maybe. Maybe. I saw neither. Why show a video where you squat well below your rep or weight limit? Anyone who has repped more than that, and I have, knows you would grab any 5kg gain and die for one more rep. Yet she shows herself casually doing five plates and stops at seven while being spotted from first rep with an Olympic style squat?

I missed it the first time, but the plate count is 5 per side. For that size plate, the only options are #55/25kg, 45lbs, or #44/20kg. depending on metric or imperial measure.
I'm guessing the plates are aluminum, so figure #18lbs or so per plate.

The title of vid says "200 kg" and that is really all we have to go on, but we don't know how much the plates weigh as they are not labelled. So we can only speculate. 200 kg, I think not.
