So my name is Adrian
I am 21 years old
5'10"
148lbs
I'm an ectomorph
And have been training for 9months
I started off weighing 129
And right now I'm at 148lbs
I consume 3500 calories a day and
Train 5 days a week
Well basically my question is how well is my progress?
Sometimes I get people that tell me that I've gained a lot
And I have others who say I haven't gained what I could have Gained
So in your personal opinion, is my progress a good one?
Or am I missing something
I look way different, my arms are bigger
My chest and shoulders are bigger
And so are my legs
The only hard parts are my calves and forearms
PLEASE I need some input
I am scarred that I may never be huge :/
-
You look like absolute shit , I hope this helps.
-
Well fuck you then, so much for positive input.

For an ectomorph gaining that much weight in 9 months is good. It's a sign training and diet/rest are balanced.
You should keep what you are doing until you reach a sticking point. That means you need more protein and probably less sets, keeping training intensity high.
There will be a time where you will stop progressing no matter what you change, diet/training/rest. It's your natural limit and will only be surpassed with hormones.
Even on hormones you will still have to eat a lot and bust yourself in the gym.
How big will you be only time will tell.
Best regards.

Thanks that helps a lot, it seems like for the past 2 months I've been at the same weight.
-
Thanks a pretty fair amount of weight you have put on in 9 months.
Train like you have a gun to your head and put in a lot of time in the kitchen duty,
You didn't mention are you cycling or going at it natural. I assume natural! I won the TEEN Natural Nationals. So don't sweat shit you got plenty of growth ahead of you if you beast it out.
A big fuck you to anyone who puts you down! If you have any questions feel free to ask or send me PM.

That a good amount of weight bro, your still young and have plenty of time to grow. I'm also ectomorph body type so I know what your going through, I started out at 119lbs at 19! I was small as hell, just hit the weights hard and eat all day and you will grow. I'm still not the biggest guy but at about 200lbs on my small frame I look way bigger than I am. Keep it up bro!

Can't gauge progress without before/after pics.

i would say keep doing what youre doing. but have more confidence in yourself. and learn, learn all you can. its a marathon, not a sprint. good luck

Ive dieted down to 185 lbs from 210 at 5'11 on 2250 kcal a day, unless you're weighing your food out to the gram and calculating the calories you're taking in I can guarantee you arent eating anywhere near 3500kcal a day.
You sound like you're just getting into bbing and its a waiting game, being impatient will do nothing but make you fat quicker and give up faster, there is no substitute for experience and the only good advice one can really give is to stick at it and find out what works for yourself, providing you care enough to do so.

It would be nice to see a photo. It speaks for itself.
