Title: The great natty or not natty debate.
Post by: Everhard on November 16, 2014, 03:32:15 PM
Tommy Jeffers...natty or almost natty. Before anyone talks about his size, yeah his size I think is easy to get naturally but it is his conditioning that I wander about. The guy lost 62 lbs to do this show and still came in complete full and shredded. Anyone who knows anything knows that if you are natural once you start cutting you will lose muscle.

He's part natural, part not natural. The steroids know to only go to his upper body and they avoid his lower leg. So he's part juicing/part natural. A rare specimen.

For the billionth time, conditioning has nothing to do with drugs.

All I'm seeing are the perishing relics of a once (presumably) solid head of hair on a dwarf.

Bullshit. Conditioning is all diet. If you say otherwise, it's only because you didn't have the willpower and need drugs to cut.

No such thing as a "natural" competitive bodybuilder unless he's naive enough to not take anything.

actually its not only  the drug but timing of the drug too. then comes combination of drugs . then comes quality of drug . then comes food and then comes training and sleep.

you  clowns  are in first stage of bodybuilding since last 10 years.

Conditioning with impressive size is where the drugs come in

Conditioning itself, is not dependant on drugs.....

However, there is a way that a true natural BB looks when he is 4-5% BF, and a way that a cheating 'natural' looks at that BF.

More fullness to the muscle fibres for a start.

People who believe this is natural should take a full body shot from themselves from a few meters away, scale it down to same size as the guy in the picture, and compare. I think that would shatter some dreams.

Plenty of dudes look like the guy in the green shirt, and he doesn't look like he's on steroids.  Would he not look the same way dieted down too?

NOT lifetime natural

built muscle with steroids and retains gains, then diets down drug free or using lower doses for a show- this is so called "natural" BB
