Just a general question.
I ask because I just took a shit, and I was thinking...that's a pretty accurate way to gauge if you're eating too much.
if you're shitting twice a day, or even one large poop...you should eat less.

.7lbs - that's all? Is this a man thing? Thinking things are bigger than they actually are? I swear some of mine look like a solid 1.5kgs, curling round the pan...
I remember my mate Sean coming back into the office after going to the toilet and an obese (400+lbs) guy called Wally was in the stall next to him.
