Luckily this administration is neck deep in a lot of shit right now, so it's not likely that this loophole will close anytime soon.

Illegal to sell if you aren't a pharmacy and don't have a script. Not illegal to possess.

People have been busted for selling non-scheduled stuff like this.

its alittle diff.   i have never heard of anyone getting busted for those, i judt dont think the cops or whoever would waste their time with that

Dispensing and/or selling prescription medications without a prescription is against the law.
