Or did you get lost on the way? You still trying to improve or just settled for maintaining what you got? You dont get many chances to reach your best you know, dont let the opportunity pass you by.
-
You need to make a choice, either you max out your potential or either you choose to live past the age of 50. I choose the second option because by then I will have a lot of money.

i looked my best in the mid 90's,i was natural pretty much the whole 90's till about 98-99 or so, i dont think ill ever look like i did in 95-96 again in my life.weighed about 194 and was tight,i wouldnt go as far as saying i was sliced but i had a respectable/athletic type of build,i was very happy with it
-
My best days are in front of me on all fronts: physique, career, family.
-
The good thing about being lifetime natural is that you pretty much stay the same no matter what so there is no regression.

It's good that you took the realization that you are an absolute failure on all fronts in such a positive constructive fashion.

Thanks bro. When you start at zero, no place to go but up, amirite?

There is always below zero, but it is not constructive to ponder those options. The good thing about being lifetime natural is that you pretty much stay the same no matter what so there is no regression.
The same could be achieved with no training or diet at all, since naturals look like untrained average people who may go for a jog and some pushups sporadically.

I think I peaked in the early twenties.

maintaining. Getting bigger is expensive in all departments and that size is lost very easily. At least I can look this way another decade, easily, then go on gh to maintain further....

True and you end up looking deflated, not the same as just maintaining a moderate size from the start.

Man, you look like you are in your early 30s or even younger.

yup, big time. I think you can get 10-20max past the point you plan to maintain and not have that happen to you.

It depends... Some may be peaked naturally, some on gear, or on two grams, but not on three... and some may peak at 50 by going on GH.. It's relative. You will never know really..

Looks wise, I'm 33 and still look good, but when I look in the mirror I realize I'm not that spry 24 year old animal I once was. A few more wrinkles and a few more grays and a few less muscles , but still the most man pretty mother fucker you ever saw.

3 kids,,good job, train hard @46,,still in peak form or close to 90's look...

I peaked and met the girl of my dreams in a gym and married her.
These days I ain't quite as consistent and determined as I used to be about my hangin n bangin n nutrition, but I haven't slipped too much. (The benefit of being lifetime natty, I guess.)

Look, I thought I saw a prowler in her bushes and I went to investigate and then I got itchy so I was scratching myself. It's like I told the judge.

It's all about how you look/feel, not about numbers so don't worry.

Lol just because this was true for you doesn't mean it's true for the rest of us ::)

You won't because your T is still high enough. Every one of my natty friends all started to noticing their strength decreasing by their early/mid 40's. Even if your diet and routine is consistent, there is a natural regression in strength as you age. Size becomes harder to attain, fat loss is more and more difficult. This is directly attributed to lower T production. Gear will fix it, but you can't be on the sauce forever and have to stop eventually. When you stop you'll feel 100x worse than if you never took it in the first place.
I peaked sometime in my late 20's/early 30's.
