Title: Comedians training in Gold's Venice
Post by: Never1AShow on November 21, 2014, 06:26:15 PM: One of the oddest things I saw during my time there. No, not some schmoe dream or all that Bodybuilding related, buuuut.... I was sitting on a bench in the first room resting during Db bench presses. In front of me I see Gary Shandling and Kevin Nealon. Shandling is instructing Nealon on how to do dumbbell curls with 15 lb Dbs. "No, Kevin, not like that, do it like this." Of course he was showing him the wrong way, kind half range of motion.

They weren't even wearing T Michael sweatshirts or genie pants.

So weird you post photos of him. I found myself lifting beside him and a buddy when I was at Gold's Venice. Just doing his thing without attitude or anything. A regular guy.

This is funny. Until now, I never even put it together that Nealon was Franz. Go figure.

Years ago I was in Las Vegas on vacation. I used my Gold's travel pass to use the location in Summerlin on one of the days I was there. Walker was there getting some exercise before I left to get ready for dinner.
