Let's say you do legs on a saturday, which is more important, the meals you eat the day before on the friday, or the meals you consume on saturday AFTER the training?

Only if you're splitting hairs... post meal. As long as you've eaten before and have full glycogen stores you'll be good to go for your workout.
When people talk about magic foods and stupid ratios it's all bullshit. Just eat. And if you've eaten, you're good. After you workout you can eat a little more, and then you'll be even more good lol... people try embellishing meal prep and nutrient timing when in reality it doesn't matter unless you're right about to step onto a stage. 99.99% of the time it doesn't matter whatsoever.

Easily digestable Carbs (coverts to sugar) 30-60min before and dextrose during.
