No joke! Mark Cubin has forked over millions of dollars on HGH for his players! I have a link where he says he dosn't believe it's cheating! I am sure some of you guys so him talk about it on real sports.

I'm sure a billionaire doesn't personally procure and distribute illegal drugs to his players.  He is an outspoken libertarian so it's not surprising that he's for the use of PEDs

I bet he has his strength and conditioning coaches doing the buying and administering it to the players that wan't to use it.He is 110% Pro HGH and considers it not cheating.
