Title: Grits as bodybuilding food

What do you ladies and gentleman think of grits as a bodybuilding food?   I know Ronnie eats a dick load of them, but I am not Ronnie.  I love them taste wise and was curious if it was OK if I mix and match my rice/oatmeal with some grits.

As a higher GI carb, void of any real nutritional value or fiber, it's fine.
