THE world’s fattest man has died from pneumonia following a lengthy battle with his weight.
Brit Keith Martin who weighed an astonishing 445 kilos at his heaviest was aged just 44.
The bed-bound Londoner died eight months after a gastric sleeve was fitted which removed three-quarters of his stomach.
According to the UK Mirror Martin consumed on average 20,000 calories a day in a diet that included six-egg fried breakfasts and lunches and dinners consisting of pizzas, kebabs, take-outs and Big Macs. He washed this down with 3.5 litres of coffee and two litres of fizzy drinks.
Kesava Mannur, the surgeon who fitted Martin with his gastric belt at London’s Homerton hospital, called on the UK government to impose a fast-food tax to help protect the morbidly obese.
Mr Mannur told the Mirror: “Keith, like many people, had some emotional issues and he turned to food for comfort.
“That type of behaviour is nothing new, but what is new is how easy it is for people in that situation to buy a lot of cheap junk food.”

Yeah, he was bulking. After the Off-Season he'd have dieted down to 650 pds shredded.

wow man just the thought of that sends shivers down my spine,i get depressed in the winter if i put on 15lbs and slightly smooth out after the holidays. i know though in 1 month ill b right back to my normal weight again so its all good, its hard to imagine the torment the poor guy musta felt everyday just looking and feeling like that.i know its his fault alot of it but still and all thats a disease just like drug addiction and needs treatment,i was arguing with my buddy the other day about that issue,he was a opiate user/addict and heavy weed smoker.he had to stop everything(this happened about a year ago) cause of some trouble he got in with dyfuss so he cant get high at all no more,anyway he went from 170 to 300 since then and everytime i hang out with him hes obsessed with food,taco bell,burger king,mc donalds ect every hr on the hr and inbetween the fast food joints hes buying donuts,snacks ect.i was trying to explain to him that addictive peronalities types like myself,and HIMSELF ALSO tend to switch addictions or replace 1 for another.he totally went into denial saying hes not addicted to food and thats a myth ect, i asked him about why he eats 24/7 and he said from stress,i said OK, i can understand that but werent u under just as much stress last year if not more stress last year than now?he didnt know how to answer me and got pissed off. i believe in my heart that addictive types, like myself tend to look for other things/pleasures to replace one u had to give up

Lol yes, please do. Because making poor people pay more taxes works great, look at how few poor people in the uk smoke or drink now ::)
Although obviously you'll need to make an exception for halal fried chicken so as not to offend your guests.
