It's the 2nd Beastie Boys album.... This is good music
It helped motivate me so I could do some cleaning in my kitchen. LOL

Those are the best cuts off of it, not my favorite album, but it's a nice mix of old Beasties and a glimpse of what they would become.

There is a rare "Demo" of Johnny Ryall on YouTube. Only Mike D raps in that version of the song. It's very good.

Great album and so ahead of their time...

One of the best hip-hop albums, period. The production levels are pretty much unparalleled, even to this day, and this was an album that was made 25 years ago, during the infancy of the genre. It's unbelievable how many samples they were able to cram in with the rudimentary technology they had, hundreds of samples from over 100 different songs.
