The video with Valentin is BS though Kirill Sarychev is the real deal and one of the strongest men on the planet no doubt.

Monster.

Even more impressive than Spoto and will surely break the bench world record if he avoids injury.

Among the drug pigs he is the best bench presser in the world. Although you could make a good argument for Siamand Rahman too. Spoto is amazing but Sarychev will break his record.

I cant think of anyone off the top of my head who could come close to this guys push/pull total. Maybe Bill Kaz in his prime.

Kaz Defiantly in his prime was still ahead of this
Man, at the Moment.
And that was 30yrs back.
Another Physical Freak.

As much as I respect Kaz, even at his prime he would at best match this. To my knowledge his best comp bench press was 660 before tearing his pec and his best comp deadlift being 880 or so. The again Kaz often time made his lifts look rather easy, hinting he may of been good for a bit more. Hard to say really. Kirill is still pretty young and is credited with a 718lbs comp bench and a 858 pull, the latter having taken place a few weeks ago at the capo meet I believe. If he stays healthy we could very well see the world record bench press holder also having a 400kg competition deadlift in the books as well.

Yeah, Spoto is still the bench king, but this guy also has a world-class deadlift, so ... ? ... If he stays healthy, as others say, he's likely to topple Spoto's record, too.

I am interested to know what Eric can pull. I mean, does he even pull for fun? I'm guessing, of course, but ... 550-650 pounds, maybe?

Bench record is his in the next few meets maybe, especially if he just goes for a token total -

.

I've heard Spoto is in the #600 range on deadlift awhile back, never seen squat numbers for Sarychev, but have heard he's close to #800.

I can't watch heavy bench press.   I tore my left peck doing 405 for reps in 2001.  Then my right doing incline press with 455 second rep. In 2004.  I cringe watching. ...

What style did you use? Did you flare out your elbows like many bodybuilders do?
