Title: Transformation with zero lifting
Post by: Papper on December 11, 2014, 12:43:53 AM

Look out Champions League because Gareth Bale has been beefing up this summer, as new pictures released by Real Madrid , show.

The Champions of Europe are desperate to keep the crown they won in May and will feature a hulking front line this season with new-look bulky Bale and Mr Muscles himself, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Up until now Bale has lived in the shadow of the Portuguese superstar, in the muscle stakes, but now we think it would be some arm wrestle between the chunky pair.

Reporter: How many hours in the gym were responsible for this? Zero, I promise you," Bale assured FourFourTwo.
"I don't usally wear a vest, so no one sees my arms! I did a bit of running in the off-season, but nothing else.
"I'd played a fair bit of golf, so maybe it was from my golf swing," the Welshman joked. "It could also be from the tan I've got from living in Spain!
"I just think I've filled out a bit and it's just natural."

Most soccer players at this level lift, certainly at clubs like real madrid. No way you look like this from running only.

Yeah maybe he means "running" hormones.

This is correct. These guys all lie or have selective memories. They all lift, but they might not consider it the main thing, so they just don't count it. It's like those young bodybuilding phenoms you see that only claim a year or two in the gym, but actual spent the last 4 down in the basement prior to that "just playing around with the weights".

I watch a lot of European soccer (outed).  I have no doubt GH plays a huge role in their training.  Guys like Arjen Robben are getting faster with better endurance each year.  That doesn't happen naturally.

It's like Ronaldo. Every year people keep saying that this will be the year he starts to age and decline but instead, his performances just keep improving.

That can't be just due to GH. Must have dropped the AAS too (or gone minimal dosage).

Soccer players are a lot smaller in person than you would think.  Bale just looks muscular in that pic because he's in mid stride, but standing relaxed he's not huge or anything.  Soccer players love and die by their hair so that rules out PED use  ;D

There is tons of money in soccer. Biggest sport in the world.

If they can get advantage by PED's they will use it. Pretty sure they don't test in the ligas. World Cup maybe.

Bale certainly is.  After England's early exit this World Cup pundits were saying that that the UK should form a team taking the best players from Ireland, England, Canada, Australia...and Wales.   ;D

Quote from: ESPN.com today
But team officials have also noticed James is not as electric athletically as they were expecting, especially after offseason weight loss might've refreshed him.

anyone who says Ronaldo or Bale are using PED or GH are idiots.....Ronaldo has been playing professionally since 17 years old.....Gareth Bale has been playing for a number of years too. Im sure if you work out 5-7 days a week running and doing virgouros weight training because it's your job then it's 100% achievable naturally.

well who used this term first ? I have read the term Football was used in England as early as 1409. Indeed in the US in the late 1800s till early to mid 1900s it was used. Rugby from the UK further had an early influence on your Yanky Doodle Dandy Game. so i fail to see your point.

You're truly a fucking idiot. I'ts not about the fact that the physique is attainable naturally. It's about the fact that there's literally millions at stake here so why the hell shouldn't they seek the edge to perform well the full 90 minutes or run even faster?  ::)

Talent is something you have, but endurance and speed can easily be chemically enhanced. Clubs with a yearly budget of half a billion will do whatever it takes. I don't care if he's 160 pounds or even 100 pounds. Wake the fuck up.

Really? So he he had so much at stake why in the fuck would he use PED? he would ruin everything he has..... It's not TBAT hard to be conditioned enough to play for 90 minutes and be as good as he is with all the coaches and doctors he has and considering the number of years hes played professikn soccer (I believe since 17ish) i think its time to wake up and realize that not every sport requires PED
