Winklaar has some crazy triceps. You snuck in a Heath pic though.
I think in terms of arms, Roelly may have the edge on Phil. Freakier triceps than Phil (which Phil is known for) and better biceps. Phil's arms look huge at his side, or when holding them in a pose across his chest/picking something up. But, when doing a FDB pose, the illusion is gone. Roelly's arms are 3D.

I'm not a fan of Heath, I think Roelly has a better physique than Phil (I don't give a shit about competition criteria). Not because he is the complete package but because he is one of the few pros these days who has somewhat of a different look to his physique.

Ok, that is good to know. I always thought people used them for grips.

Sponges can also help with the mind muscle connection. For example when doing pressing exercises. But you need to be careful and know what you are doing.

When you do pressing movements you can use them and push more via the palm, this can make it easier to focus on the pecs. It's mainly in pressing exercises it helps with the mind-muscle connection.
