Sev, what are your thoughts on this claim?

Many true symptoms here of overtraining. A thread on the topic is overdue. 3 weeks is tough to sit out. I lose a a lb a day when I take time off like clockwork.

Impressive, yes, but he's close to death and, what, 145 pounds? And horrifically weakened in this condition, to boot.

So he's a walking twig who isn't large in any way whatsoever and a few days away from potential death.

If you can't attain this type of conditioning and be at least 185 pounds, what's the point?

Hell, a swift breeze will buckle this fella.  ::)

too light to fight, too thin to win.

Well, he's frail as shit being so small and lean, and he is too small and weak to display any considerable strength. So again I ask, what's the point?

A peak conditioned Bruce Lee couldn't have been more than 140lbs and would kick anyone's ass.

You are fat ,bro.

You are fat ,bro.

What I am is STRONG ... and very athletic. No one would ever consider me fat except for the fat-phobic 'tards who inhabit sites like this.

I have been in bodybuilding contests lean as fuck and powerlifting meets.

It's a heck of a lot easier to shed bodyfat than it is to attain world-class level strength and power.

Tiny tits relish the glory people like you provide when you make such huge deals about being extremely lean. Like it's so difficult. It isn't.

Too many "men" on this board have thinking more suited to the female species, what with all the focus on what people look like, rather than what they can DO.

Meltdown over.

In the last pic you posted you were fat not athletic.

I have never posted a pic.

And "athletic" is to display the attributes of fitness in an athletic manner.

It's not a look.

Hope this helps.

Regardless, I am certain you'd think I am fat, yes. But like I say, you, along with many other Getbiggers, are extremely fat-phobic. To the degree that you've become about on par with women the world over who obsess over every part of their physical aesthetic.

I say again, men care about what can be done, not what something looks like. Any aesthetic appeal is a distant second to something that can perform.

You symbolize the contemporary person-born-with-a-dick. Sad.

You're not a man.

This is natural?  I can't find a world champion wrestler, running back, boxer or sprinter that looks like that. Closest maybe is this MMA guy and Olympics wrestler from Japan. 5'8" and 145lbs.

He's listed as 5'7" 143 lbs. Has a decent fight record.
