Quit caring about getting big or even caring about max singles. Get into ripped shape even if it means looking skinny as hell in street clothes. I always want to push what for me is heavy weight. Going to do sets with minimum rest with high reps and that means lights weights. Been pushing heavy weights for far to long. Both of my shoulders are shot. I want to be lifting into my later years. My joints were good all through my 40's and early 50's. Now they are falling apart. I would have been better off if I never hear of bodybuilding and just used body weight exercise stuff. I would be lean in shape with no problems.
