As an endo, how the fuck can u stay hard year round? 5 weeks after my cycle and i feel like ive gained more fat than i had pre-cycle. So sick of this yoyo bullshit. I need a way to eat and train year round (with drugs and without), and stay happy with my phsique.
Is no carbs the answer? Is low cals the answer?
I dont want a diet, i want a life style

How about trying 2400? Write everything you eat down along with your activity level. Try a few weeks then go from there. Maybe try to get your bodyfat down to where you want it while you aren't on a cycle?

Dude ive been there. Ive had abs and i fought for them. Even dieting down to 1600 or less kcals. But i stall mentally and physically on that plan. Your body and metabolism normalize at 1600. Soon, you need to do 1300 to lose weight and 1600 becomes your baseline. Not healthy.

I have slacked on cardio for sure. Good point.

Run! Finde medium pace, feel the flow! Do it for 1-2houers. But u need to practise it for about 6 moths your body legs calves need time to get strong enough! Start slow and careful. Say godbye to muscle of your legs! Once u got those legs spinning fat will no more be a problem for u!
Look at the africans face at maraton! Looks like they dosent do anything demanding while they have a world class pace. When u look like that in the face and can keep a decent pace you will be slim all your life.

I run 3-5 miles a day 5 days a week. It works

Try to drink nothing but water. So many guys drink so many calories and they don't realize it.
Do cardio in the form of running. Do both distance and intervals. Regarding intervals do something like 6 sets of 880 yard or 8 x 440. Replace 800 and 400 meters if you're from Europe. The fast walking rest interval will be half the work distance. So if you're are doing 8 x 440 on the treadmill walk fast for 220 yards in between sets to recover. Most treadmill will show your position on a 440 yard or a 400 meter track for one lap so it's easy to keep track of. For non track guys one lap is a quarter mile and two laps it goes without saying is a half mile.
Another intense cardio is a walking ladder. Walk one lap at 3.8 MPH on level grade. Each completed lap raise the incline 1% grade. Every lap go up a grade. Keep going up a 1% incline for every lap until you are shot. Then reward your self with a final lap on 0 grade to finish. If you can get up to around 12-15% grade by going up 1% a lap you'll be in decent cardio shape.
What I could never understand is bodybuilders who walk slower on a treadmill than the pace they walked across the gym to get to the treadmill.
I got really lean using HIT lifting mythology combined with cardio but the most ripped guys I see use volume combined with super sets.

Stay "hard" is the best way to lower your test level, have an injury and becoming excessively fat.
You can't cheat with your genetics if you are drug free.
Just try to lower carbohydrate, drink lot of water and pay attention to lipids quality (virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, linseed oil, hazelnut oil, squash seed oil (for prostate heath)). No soda, no coca, a little wine.
The cornerstone is training with weights very regularly (every day if you have time), have a plan, and get adequate sleep.
