Greg Valentino admits to taking 9 grams+ of AAS a week....
http://www.rxmuscle.com/rx-radio/heavy-muscle-radio.html
1 Hour 39 minutes 30 seconds in
9 grams + but no synthol ::)
-
Heh on the espn special he said he was totally done ::)
-
fantastic, when they say to much, people dont belive, when they say to less people dont believe.
They need to say what the pople think their on to get belvied haha! 3-4 gram/week
-
Synthol is just oil right? Steroids are mainly oil based. Pump enough gear into your arms like he said he did and what's the difference?
Especially as....how easy was synthol to get for him vs steroids? Doubt there was that much synthol around to do that. I believe him.
-
He never looked like it.

The strongest concentration gear I've seen in the UK is 400mg/ml. Average is 300.
Unless the USA has higher concentrated gear wouldn't that be about 25-30ml a week?
I have no clue about synthol, how much do people use for moderate and high doses?

The Hammer. ;D

He did work out and there was a period when he genuinely tried to sculpt his physique; I remember him actually trying to flex and peacock for the cameras, but he had poor genetics and/or a poor work ethic in the gym. He never developed a physique worth looking at. :'(
Bah!

The Hammer Damn it all! Wiggs you beat me to it. :D

i thought his story about how mike christian knocked out one of the barbarian brothers was more interesting i could care less about what he put into his arms or the amount.
-
At 5 mins, 17 seconds he shows his damaged arm...

AAS, synthol, oil, plastic bags, cheeseburgers, feaces.
all the same, the dude injected massive amounts into his arms, he's no different than that "Ken" and wannabe "barbie" dude who get surgical 'muscles'.
Surprised he outlived Piano though, but probably won't be long. Assisted suicide by [lethal] injections or bound to hang himself at one point.

Klaus Barbie.

What a joke.
On 500 test a week I’d squat 700 in four months, easy.
These fools either have horrific genetics or trashed receptors.
-
What a joke. on 1000mg of test I could easily paint houses twice as fast as him. Or I could easlily CRUSH him in nintendo duck hunt. Hell, even on 500mg I would destroy him I'm sure. Shows you how much is genetics related.

Just not skipping a workout for 14 weeks, and eating two meals a day instead of one, my bench will go up to around 350 - at this age, likely more. And that would be at 180 body weight...maybe a cunt hair higher.
That said, just because some of us respond on barely anything doesn't mean we would respond highly on a high amount of stuff. Could be that we respond on a large amount of things [or even just more food], but would stop at a lower level, and not respond to much more, if we had a lot after that.
Apparently I can bench press 350 at 180, while eating 94 grams of protein a day - that doesn't mean I could double my protein intake and expect much greater gains. My point is, I think people have a sort of linear model in terms of predicting gains they would make on gear. For all I know, I could be a non-responder to AAS. Other people are lucky, and respond accordingly to anything and everything.
-
What a joke. With 1500mg test a week i could do my own tattoos better than he could and speak in front of twice as many people at seminars. I would have sold twice as much gear as him even on 1000mg or 500mg/week. Must just be his shit genetics for those tattoos

because again he has genetics for strength it doesn't equate to his build'look'matt would have to train and eat to change his 'look'if he desired to have a more ripped muscular look ,most benchers are tri/fr delt loaded builds,my training partner out lifts me on shoulder presses/chest db work,he has no chest flat as pancake mine is full and shaped moreso/my delts pump full and round easy than his,,he stacks the tricep pushdown stack like nothing ,,,there are plenty that have it all strong/big/lean but again many factors there...but for matt its impressive how strong he is with that 170 lbs he is,,he has strong tendons I suppose..

Bottom line is genetics are the key to how far you can take your body/physique.

loooool yeah sure man ;) Any proof of this ?
Btw Valentino was shooting a whole vials of prop in his arms daily, not counting the EQ.
Prop and EQ was his basic stack. Sometimes he would add orals too.
This kind of amount of oil acts like a SEO, especially since he would shot his arms mostly.
Most SEO are OIL ! Valentino didnt use actual SEO or synthol but it makes no difference.
