eh, I had a bum shoulder when I did it. Made all the pushups particularly difficult in large numbers. I saw results though. My body is wrecked from the Marines, I lift like an old man now.

I'm thinking you and some of the other heavy hitters of the older generation need to have an emergency meeting to right this ship. The location has to be bodybuilding/G4P related, so it will most likely be the Robert J. Cicherillo Suite at the Mirage.
