The same way we hear "OJ simpson" and his NFL running game is a distant 2nd. It's just so many things about Phelps already, and the dude isn't even 35 yet. the drugs, drinking, his sex life, the money... I don't think he'll quietly fade into retirement like we see with most athletes. I think he'll be a footnote drama headline every 2 years, then maybe a big mess.
