Indeed!  There is scientific evidence that thinking often of things for which we're grateful in our life is good for our well being, it helps make us happier and helps prevent depression.  The problem is that few people take the time to think of such things.

Well said, and I especially became aware of the power/impact of thoughts after reading "as a man thinketh" by James Allen. Constructive thinking however, is like working out effectively; both require a consistent willpower.
