Genetically, a bad ticker and Black/Eastern European go hand in hand. I'd advise a better life long diet if you fall in one of the groups.

Yup. Genetically predisposed (like so many bodybuilders) to being a lazy. unwilling to work for health and fitness, I want it all right now moron whose ego was the size of the Titanic and just sank.
And the band did not play on.
He got what he and others of his ilk deserved. And lest any feeeeeel otherwise, the color of his skin had nothing to do with his ignorance. One race - human. Two factions - smart and stupid. Guess which one he belonged to?
-
Well if you do roids you take a chance. So in that aspect he did deserve it.

You also take a chance when you cross the street.

to be more precise, one animal specie in the animal kingdom, the human specie, which is divided into several races that evolved differently depending of the environment they settled in; whites, indians, blacks, asians, etc
But yeah, in every race, the smartest is always at the top. And by smartest i mean the biggest oportunistic assholes.

never heard of him ???
Me neither but I reckon he's the love child of Robby Robinson and Shawn Ray

In order to get those alps, you should emigrate to Austria :D
Science tells us that you can't change the shape of a muscle, but I believe that concentration & spider curls with average weights and a good 'peak' contraction are a recipe for those alps.
Happy squeezing!

good gym build, stage is a whole nother level...full prep or stay in gym..

Those are some gnarly looking onion rings, we shouldn't be judging his lifestyle from one cheat meal pic clearly taken for the purpose of showing that its something out of the ordinary btw. From his stetch marks you can tell he's been morbidly overweight at some stage in his life and his family history isn't on his side either.
People drop dead mid 30's every day, whether its tommorow or in 50 years just find what you love and let it kill you Is what I say.
We need to save the judgment for competition day.
-

::)
Great analogy from a "competitor".
One risk is necessary, the other because you wanted to be better and couldn't on your own. Plus, risking your health for a $4 trophy and schmoe praise....smart.

Let's look the reality about this matter, shall we?
1. This guy was on gear, and it is a known fact, that gear will rise the blood pressure.
2. This guy take many kinds of supplements, boosters etc. which are known to rise the blood pressure even more.
3. This guy eat like he would need 50% fat in his diet, with the blood pressure pumped up to the limit.
4. This guy find out that you can pump blood pressure up just as much your system could take, and no more.
Those genes what bodybuilders talk so much determines how much drugs and crap your system can ingest, everything else is about the technique. This guys had bad genes to the sport, so his heart give up. This is the truth. Those who have good genes to this sport, their kidneys, heart etc. can take the beating from the super high blood pressure, which would kill normal man like bullet in the heart. Bodybuilders have been training, so their veins and organs are stronger, up to the point. This guy reach that point, so rest in peace. Whose next?
Those who sell these boosters and stuff, they should include in the packet one blood pressure gauge with the XXXL sleeve. Everybody should have one, because those readings what you get out from it could make your head spin, if you are on gear and use boosters. What I have seen in my own eyes, is how these meters are unable to show the pressure, and their scale usually goes up to 220 mmHg. Normal pressure is something like 125/75 mmHg, so + 220 mmHg means that you are seconds from death, it could happen at any time ;D

Some very good points, when it comes to heart health and bodybuilding its not just about blood pressure either.
Creatine = increases Homocysteine levels, high homocysteine levels is associated with heart disease
No boosters, arginine, aakg, citrulline = increases peroxynitrite, a potent free radical that damages all tissues
CLA = increases inflammatory compounds and impairs endothelial function (blood vessel lining function) and "may" lay the foundation for arterial plaque.
L-Carnitine= may increase trimethylamine-N-oxide which could lead to increased cholesterol levels
Steroids = increases Homocysteine levels
Most of the of the above are frequently used by bodybuilders, combine them together and you have created a foundation that is not exactly "optimal" for maintaining cardiovascular health. Then add in vast quantities of food and fat burners, stimulants whatever else and you have a recipe for disaster.

RIP---Probably something he was born with
Yes, he was born with a heart...and that heart stopped.

Im saying I dont care if I drop dead in my mid 30's, theres no excuses.

There needs to be legislation that would allow physicians to supervise cycles. They can prescribe ancillaries that limit sides and know just how much to dose to get maximum results and minimum sides.
And also have access to pharmaceutical quality gear.
