iron sport bodybuilding fans have long wished for a playoff system where they could see 8 thonged warriors do battle, then 4, then 2, then finally a champion would emerge.

The Ravens secondary is brutal. If they have to play the Steelers, then I'm fearful Big Ben would have a field day. Good news...Haloti Ngata is back and the pass rush is looking great, which allows the patchwork secondary a slightly larger margin of error.

Cincy will upset Pitt tonight and get smoked at home again next week for another early playoff exit, courtesy of Baltimore.

I just don't see any of these AFC teams going to Foxboro and win......fucking New England at home, is a Beast.....I don't trust Denver for shit....they collapse on the Big games and if they go up to Boston, it will be revenge from the patriots from last year's playoff loss in mile high

This Ravens team has done it two out of three times, and was a half second away from going 3-0 there in the playoffs. They can do it.

While I agree with what you say....they need to worry about getting past Cincy/Pitt in the first round.

But the Ravens do own the shit out of the Patriots in the playoffs and I hope they get a chance to play one another.

that was the Ravens of old...the Ray Lewis Era.....this ravens team struggled for the past two weeks, even if they would play the patriots next week, they wouldn't stand a chance the way they're playing at this moment

with the Pats/Broncos, it's all about who gets the best start.  If broncos go up 14-0 in the first quarter, you know it's gonne be close in the final minutes.

If pats get a lead, and manning HAS to throw, it can be a blowout or manning can catch up quickly.   I think DEN can go into NE and win it.   They have weapons, and Brady and crew are aging.  They haven't won a super bowl in a very long time.  They lost that killer edge at the end of games.

I'm working on some trades for the league right now. Gonna have to work with transfer fees to get around these salary caps though.

Patriots are 11th youngest team Denver is 12th.
Broncos haven't won a Superbowl in even longer (not that it matters)...Broncos didn't look to have "that killer edge" last year.

Green Bay will give them a fight, and I believe Seattle could potentially destroy them.

I'm not a fan of the Pats, but let's be clear about something, you can never count Brady out in a game until it's over....their season started with lots of doubts, but they peak at the right time. either ravens or steelers would have to play their best game at Foxboro to come out with a win. Flaco has a good playoff record and we don't know how they will play the Pats post ray ray era. as for the Steelers, it's a 50/50 chance. if any of these teams let the Pats go up 14-0 or 21-0 first half, it's game over.....

I don't think the Pats lose at home, and I'm far from a Pats fan.  The key for any team is to pressure Brady.  If they do this, he becomes extremely beatable- look at the Jets game.

That's why I think Seattle can beat them, possibly handily.  If their D is on, they ransack teams.

in past years, Ravens have discovered the formula of beating them and you're right. Blitzing Brady's ass is a sure way to keep him off mark and teams have to do that for 48 minutes.....I love Rex Ryan and he was one coach who knows how to play the Pats in his 1st two yrs with the Jets....Blitz Brady often and Keep Big Gronk on a leash, and a team might have a chance to beat them

Too bad he's probably out of the playoffs.  Stupid NFL with their rules wanting to protect the players so the defense has no choice but to go low and take people out by the knees instead.

You guys are forgetting that the Patriots have the best tandem of corners that they have ever had.

Revis and Browner have been huge additions this year.

Blount, and Gray also give them the power run option.

240's sleeper for the playoffs?   Ravens.  I think they could make it to the super bowl.  They're CALM.   Flacco looked like he gave no fcks in the press conference.  No nerves, no pressure, no legacy to uphold.  Peyton and Brady are divas, and if/when they lose, the story is "oh, the all time hall-of-famer tarnished his legacy", and they worry about that.

Flacco looks like he just smoked a blunt and is gonna toss around the ball before hooking up with some girls later for a pool party. No pressure, gives no fcks.   That's the cat you gotta watch in the playoffs.

steelers are a 7 points favorite on that game, but these two teams are always unpredictable when they play each other.........Flacco Might surprise everyone and play his best game of the season.....whoever wins, they will fly to Foxboro and get a beatdown from the Pats....

steelers are my 2nd pick.  Honestly, whoever wins that game is the toughest team left in the AFC.  Pats and Broncos are very skilled, but it's winter football time, fellahs. manning and brady aren't tough, they're skilled but not tough.

ravens lost to the texans with case keenum playing QB after a week of practice with the team. The steelers are going to rape them this weekend. Im not a fan of rapelisburger either but I do like the steelers team this year. Bell, Brown, Miller, Bryant they have a lot of weapons and they proved earlier in the season they can put up a shit ton of points.

It will be interesting if Bell cant play though

Patriots and Green Bay are the two best teams in the NFL right now with Seattle a close third.

The Cardinals are the worst team headed into the playoffs with a third string QB, no running back, Ted Ginn Jr. sucking at special teams, and Larry Fitzgerald hurt.

Seattle is healthy with the best defense in the NFL, especially that secondary. They proved last year great defenses win super bowls. Russell Wilson is a good quarterback who doesn't make mistakes with a very good running game. I see them repeating as as super bowl champs.
