Gumtree forest is not recommended venue.
A lot of testosterone floating, things can turn ugly.

Odd Haugen was about 59 in this video. In the pics are fairly recent and he's 64-65 and still competes.

Odd looks (and is) much better. Never got the "skinny twink with abs" thing.
Unless you're a 16 year old teenager looking to get girls.

You could kill yourself and IF reincarnation is true - reborn with presumably better genes. If won't happen, repeat that till' you'll be satisfied.

thanks Coach but my topic is about being fit and looking great after 45. Lean bodies, great shapes, muscular enough and nothing over the top.
Odd is a strong fella no doubt but carrying 300 pounds at age of 65 is nothing admirable or inspirational.
Respect to all strongmen around but this is not what I was talking about.

they might be but they are all in great shape. Being on HRT is not the end, you still need to hit gym and seriously take care of your diet.
Very few people at age of 45 are ready or have a will to commit to it.
My test levels are very good at this stage, no need for HRT and I am very close to condition these fellas are showing.
Do I want to be bigger or more muscular at my age? No, what for?
These fellas are what I consider ideal bodies, shape and size wise, especially for people over 45.

i knw atleast 2 guys who is 50 and 56 lean nice bodies with abs...think non of them areusing drugs...just been working out all life, careful with food, and have 50% weightraining 50% cardio!

I think most guys could keep the form mostly all their life if they had more focus on cardio than lifting weights!

One of them is the brown dude in the middle. Not big, but good shape, always in great shape! 150-160 pound something.

yep exactly, lean bodies with abs, combo of weights&cardio and a proper diet, general guidelines for this age group.
Those 2 ladies in  a first row on the right look very yummie by the way. Any more pics?

That's what I mean when I say that some people get "old" in the head way earlier than they get old physically. I'm pretty sure this fella is sharp as a razor and doesn't feel "old" at all.

Good examples.
