Still $3.43 in Hawaii. But at least that's down a dollar just 3 months.

I'm no expert but it's been reported that the US has doubled production in the last 4 years due to shale and "fracking". And we having even scratched the surface with fracking or touched ANWAR.
If the Libs would just get out of the way and let America loose.

We could bury those towel heads.

America -- fuck yeah!

Fracking is for natural gas.

I wouldn't..

Coming years will have more and more electric cars which will make it drop even further

the infrastructure to charge cars is not in place to support full electric vehicles. Hybrids yes.

but again and as you stated that it years away 7-10 years at the earliest. I am talking about buying and holding oil stocks for 1-2 years at the most

with the next Russian war prices will spike, with the next oil rich middle eastern country implosion the price will spike.

Fracking is for natural gas.

frack·ing1
ˈfrakiNG/
noun
noun: fracking

the process of injecting liquid at high pressure into subterranean rocks, boreholes, etc., so as to force open existing fissures and extract oil or gas.

Food costs are up, taxes are up, health care is up so where's the trade off? My wife goes shopping twice a week. Just about everything has increased. Example, eggs are up over $2 a dozen. Just because gas is lower doesn't mean everything else is.

2.88 here but I paid 2.77 on the nearby Native American reservation.

Still too fucking high as there is no reason for it to be at these prices even........greedy bastards!   :(

If you live close to everything, you wouldn't need to use your car.

True. And if I was a billionaire the price of gas would be irrelevant. If those dummies in Dafur would just move somewhere else they wouldn't have to starve and be slaughtered. If I was born with a myostatin deficiency I would have big muscles just eating whatever I wanted and not have to work out. If we could just ship all the Black people back to Africa we wouldn't have so many racial problems in this country.

If. Only if.

There are other factors other than the price of gas that determines the price of consumer goods. But one thing you can be sure of: since virtually everything has to be shipped, flown or trucked to get to your door step the cost of gas has a direct relationship to the cost of living. If gas was higher those egg prices would be higher still.

As with so much in life the choice is not always between good and bad but between bad and worse.

Things are much better than they would be with lower gas prices. At least if you are not in the oil business.

If Che wants, and no thong pic required (I have enough in my spank bank), I'll take a picture of Obama's currently compound since I pass it several times a day. Actually, just the barricade to the neighborhood. I have been thinking of taking a pic of the gun boats on the stream leading to the ocean which is Obama's current back yard. Maybe some here can identify them.

Nothing like waiting in traffic as our Emperor traverse the island as life on the island comes to a screeching halt.

It blows me away that I was in high school the same time he was. Although I played football we never played against Punahou because they're ILH (private schools) and I was OIA (public schools). Don't believe any stories of his modest upbringing. Punahou high school is for the elite and upper class or students with special talents that are given a free ride.

I'm sure going to Punahou helped him get into Harvard.
