Be sure to inform us ad infinitum of how hardcore the "special forces cadre's" training was, in addition to how many super burpee gyrations of peace you can do per minute.

To continue to take care of myself, in order to reduce the chances of developing  cancer or a neurodegenerative disease.

Seriously, I have a fear of getting either one of those diseases/disorders. Scares the shit out of me.

I'm not going to celebrate birthdays anymore, start training again, go back to school and finish the two programs I started to change industries, and hold true to my stance on laughing at people at work that talk about their awesome Facebook life like it means something.

To recap:

Pretend that I never reach Wes' age

Quit being a lazy turd

Change professions via edumacation

Remain a complete prick to the majority of people

Happy New Years to Get Big tho!  8)

Have an overall more positive attitude towards things.

Stay sober for at least 1 year.

Lose weight, and get into shape (down15+ already)

Been working out here and there. Been playing football on the weekend, which keeps me sore until mid-week.

No alcohol, and switching to diet mountain dew has obviously helped a lot.

Happy New Year!

The last couple of years haven't been the best, but all you can do is keep on plugging along.  I'm happy for the new year, and hope that I can get back on track with training as I've learned that is the foundation to everything else being good for me...or at least taking out some aggression to feel better anyway.  lol

Hope your are doing good man!  Always get a kick out of your posts!
