Some dude in the gym just now, 225kg on the squat bar he unracks it goes ALL DAAAAAAAAAAA WAY DOWNNNNNNNN I mean ass about 2 inches off the floor, stays there for about 5 seconds then powers up! No knee wraps!! Only about 210lbs. HOW???!!!

I did 470 ass to grass with a pause at a fat 210 lbs. No wraps, no belt (never have used them ever) It was not difficult.
How about starting with always going all the way down and nothing else. Its pretty easy.
