I got the 1, 1.5 and 2 a year ago today. A year ago I could do the 1 for 3 reps each hand, today I did the 2 for 3 reps each hand! Getting better, growing strongerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rr growing wiser every every day!
These things are great.

The 2.5 was a big step for me. I am afraid of the #3
-
I fear no man, beast, or machine.
-
Never tried one, but now that you taked about it i would like to try one... I remember Magnus Samuelsson closing #4...
-
I got only one the 1.5 Iron Mind captain crush grippers. I do two sets of 6 reps. I use them after wrist curls and wrist extensions. If I ever get to 10 reps I will buy the 2's. In general I use the Ivanko grippers for sets of 20 reps. I like that I can adjust the resistance in small degrees for gradual progress.

I love how DA engages in wrestling, MMA, lifting, etc lol. Clear example of someone trying to overcompensate lol

"overcompensate"
that Word gets thrown around with every manly hobby you do.
if you're in to sportcars you're also "overcompensating" for something ::)
maybe it's just hobbies real men like to do ever thought of that?

Come on, hes into MMA, armwrestling, powerlifting, rugby, bodybuilding, wrestling, etc. How can someone have 48 different hobbies and be all good at them at the same time? Eventually you have to realize youre just naming random hobbies to appear more manly. :-\ :-\
Yes, all those famous painters, artists and musicians are not real men. :-\

If you are interested in developing firm grip, I advise you to go with adjustable grippers.
I got mine from a mechanical engineer.
This gripper has 20 different levels.
From 33 pounds to 370 pounds.
Also comes with a pinch grip apparatus.
I work my grip 3 times a week, it is definitely addictive.

Bunch of CoC grippers...

Do you cum everytime?
-
One thing with these grippers nobody mentions. You can damage you hand with them from pushing the metal handle into the palm of your hand. More than once I had to stop using them periodically because of how much my hands were hurting. They are great but they can also mess up your hands.

Do you cum everytime?
That’s a gay question bruh.

Do you cum everytime?
What is the point of jacking it without cumming? Some new aged hippy shit?

This is a great gripper for the majority of guys. It's very adjustable for different resistance and it's reasonably priced. If you're dead lifting 700lbs and have other big numbers you might need something stronger like Captains of crush higher numbers. For guys like me this is a great tool. I do 2 sets of having the thing upright then upside down. I use high reps and I know grip guys train like power lifters like ultra low reps but I feel it with 20 reps.

The muscles and tendons at the base of my thumbs has atrophied as a result of carpal tunnel and possibly osteoarthritis. I'm wondering if modest use of a gripper would strengthen or further damage that area.

Maybe squeezing a ball would be the best course of action. Also physical therapy putty. Not in the medical field. Consult a doctor.

I consulted with my doctor and he suggested squeezing a small soft ball. Your advice is right-on. -Not sure where I put it or if I still have it.

I used to do grip training, pinch holding weight plates etc.
Now I just do finger tip push-ups and that works well too, and less time consuming.
