Rigid laws are also how cops get away with pushing people around for nonsensical reasons.
And it's not a linear bend. On a biological level going from 17-18 is a lot less of an issue than going from 15-14.

The age of consent is 16 in PA but they have a corruption of a minor law and that's what this woman/whore will have to deal with. Even worse that her daughter goes to the same school as the boy!
