not that sick, in photoshop u have a bottom called contrast! Just slide it to the right and u got more defenition and shadows creating more thickness and hardness!
Put a fork in him! Let him up onstage! He will be crushed!

Regardless of contrast he looks great. Adjusting the contrast only brings out things that are already there... It dosnt add veins and striations lol

And where did you "happen" to find this pic of a shirtless man, Darren?

I like wearing a hat when training. Keeps the sweat from dripping into my eyes. Plus, if i keep my head down I can't make eye contact with people who run their mouths for 15mins and don't let you work out, that coupled with headphones does the trick pretty well. Though today this guy came up to me mid-set and just stared with his mouth open (as if he's about to say something) until I removed a headphone and asked what he wanted.

I shit you not, he asked what a military press was. Then he asked what "that thing you do where you lift the bar up with your shoulders, bottom up" is called.
I calmly answered those questions and continued my workout. I know its a beta way to deal with the situation, but I like not being kicked out of the gym.

Bro, you need to update your story...NJ has it right, he was looking at you open-mouthed because he couldn't comprehend your size. He wanted you to peel and flex. C'mon man!

LMAO what size? I weighed myself in the morning today and I'm 177lbs lol.
But seriously, very annoying when people interrupt your workout to chat for 15 or 30mins. There are very few people I talk to at the gym, because I know they won't talk for more than 30 seconds between sets. I like those people.
