Dancing OFF the beat is quite a skill I must admit. Other that that, an oversized sweater and overall looking like a bum, dude must be "slow" at the very least, or just so fukkin lazy of working a real job that he'll do anything and everyting to avoid it. Obvious lack of father figure.
